Syntea carried out a series of training for the staff of Polish government

As the part of Kształtowanie społecznie preferowanych postaw członków korpusu służby cywilnej w bezpośrednich relacjach z obywatelem project Syntea proceeded to carry out the trainings concern professional communication aimed at strengthening the competence of employees in the Office of the Prime Minister, ministries, central and regional offices.

The series of trainings aimed at improving the competence of government administration personnel in the field of professional customer service and effective communication. The training will be preceded by study participants competence. As a result, developed training programs will be dedicated fully adapted to the needs and requirements of people participating in the project.
