Piotr Fałek

President of the Board

He graduated from Lublin University of Technology receiving MSE degree. He started his professional career as a sales representative and since 1996 he has acted as a shareholder and subsequently President of the Management Board of CSF Polska Sp. z o.o. dealing with implementation of integrated IT systems. In 2008, he was also appointed as President of the Management Board of Syntea S.A. and has continued to keep this position since Syntea’s acquisition of MCSK Sp. z o.o.

He has taken part in several dozen ERP implementation and consulting projects. For many years now, he has given lectures and trainings discussing problems related to implementation of integrated IT systems, IT project management, business process modelling, EU topics in the context of assumptions of the Bologna Process and the use of funds for informatization of enterprises and higher education institutions. He worked as a consultant during implementation of Development of Eastern Poland Operational Programme by the Ministry of Regional Development.

He is a member of prestigious organizations: ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) and IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners). Since April 2011, member of the Lublin Development Council established by the Mayor of Lublin. He took part in a number of international conferences devoted to IT market, such as e.g. Daamgard Technical Briefing, Berlin; Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, Toronto 2004, Minneapolis 2005; Microsoft Dynamics CEE Vertical Partner Summit Budapest 2006, Nasscom 2009 and 2010, or SEMAFOR (Security, Management, Audit Forum) discussing issues such as security, auditing, IT management and IT governance.

He is responsible for fulfilment of the strategy and charting new directions for development of Syntea company.

Paweł Chudy

Vice-President of the Board

Lublin University of Technology graduate. Since 2003, he has acted as the President of the Management Board of MCSK Sp. z o.o. While fulfilling assumptions of the company’s development strategy, he has been deeply involved in promoting the idea of information society in Poland by collaborating with scientific centres with regard to end-to-end education process, from primary schools to post-graduate and MBA programmes. Under his direction, Międzynarodowe Centrum Szkoleń i Kompetencji has transformed from a small training company into a market leader consistently developing its service offer and increasing its revenues. He has long-standing experience in working as a Project Manager and ERP Designer, and he is a holder of international coaching certificates acknowledging his competences. He has also dealt with methods of ERP II implementation, ERP II implementation processes, drawing up business analyses, giving Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft trainings, conducting classes in X++ programming, management of large nationwide training projects and trainings abroad.

In Syntea, he is responsible for all operating activities.

Mariusz Kicia,

Chairman of the Supervisory board

He holds a doctoral degree in economic sciences. He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics and the Faculty of Economics at Maria Curie Sklodowska University in Lublin, where he currently serves as Dean of the Faculty of Economics. He also holds the position of President of the Management Board at Account Doradztwo Gospodarcze Sp. z o.o. His research interests focus on the mechanisms of capital market functioning and modeling. He is currently conducting research on the development of an experimental model of the stock market and the mechanisms of financial decision-making by its participants, taking into account behavioral aspects.
