2023

Commencement of the construction of a register of development services for the Business Service Sector (BSS), in cooperation with the Malopolska Regional Development Agency (MARR) and partners from Italy and Cyprus

Implementation of classes promoting the implementation of modern vocational guidance in cooperation with the school superintendents in, among others, the Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Śląskie, Opolskie, Łódzkie, Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie and Dolnośląskie voivodeships. More than 2,500 people participated in the workshops

Cooperation in the establishment of Voivodeship Coordination Teams for the Implementation of the Integrated Skills Strategy (ZSU 2030) in, among others, the Lubelskie, Małopolskie, Śląskie and Dolnośląskie Voivodeships.

2022

Acquisition of a project at the Ministry of Education and Science worth PLN 4 168 264.70 to improve the competences of 3 487 teachers from the Wielkopolskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Pomorskie and Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeships.

Participation in the establishment of the EduTech Cluster.

2021

Participation in the nationwide campaign “Qualifications 2025+”, the aim of which was to support pupils and students in acquiring additional qualifications enabling them to have a better start in the labour market, promotion of qualifications of the future and the idea of lifelong learning.

Implementation of an ERP-based Education Matrix (MEERP) at the University of Opole.

Development and implementation of training courses that use Virtual Reality.

2020

Speech at the CEE Business Services Summit.

Extensive support to health and education services in the fight against the pandemic. Specifically through the use of its 3D printers and the provision of protective masks to partners across Poland

2019

Based on the outcome of the competition of the Polish Agency for Development and Entrepreneurship, the PARP Act and as part of the implementation of the POWER 2014-2020 Operational Programme project, the Sectoral Competence Council for the Modern Business Services (NUB) sector has been established. The project leader is Syntea SA together with the VCC Foundation, the Silesian University of Technology, the University of Opole and the Aspire Association.

Development of a training offer in line with the Educational Law Act of November 2018.

Delivery of free training in educational and vocational counselling for nearly 2,500 teachers.

2018

Obtaining from the Ministry of National Education a project worth 4,640,597.30 PLN under the measure POWER.2.14 entitled “Developing the competences of teaching staff in the field of educational and vocational counselling (macro-region IV) addressed to 3 877 teachers from the Lubelskie, Podkarpackie, Świętokrzyskie and Małopolskie voivodeships”.

Preparation for the implementation of an offer facing the vocational education reform introduced from September 2019

Systematic cooperation with bodies providing vocational and general education, including, for example, the city of Grudziądz, Bytom, Jelenia Góra, Warsaw or Zamość

Implementation of the first projects using market qualifications introduced by the VCC© Foundation to the Integrated Qualification System (ZSK), including on the basis of 1 qualification from the ZSK, i.e. carpentry assembly

Extension of the offer with innovative educational products enabling the acquisition of competencies and qualifications sought after on the labour market, e.g. in the logistics sector, IT and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, as well as construction and catering professions

Organisation of several thousand apprenticeship places for participants in educational projects and in cooperation with employers from all over Poland

Initiating the implementation of several projects in the dual education model in cooperation with schools, territorial self-government units and entrepreneurs, e.g. in the Lubuskie, Dolnośląskie, Śląskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Wielkopolskie, Lubelskie and Mazowieckie Voivodeships.

Obtaining funds in the NCBIR competitions for activities in the field of modification of educational programmes and increasing the competences of teaching staff in higher education institutions.

Development of a set of textbooks for biology, chemistry, physics and technical classes for both students and teachers, commissioned by the Ministry of National Education.

Acquisition by Syntea orders from Centrum Rozwoju Zasobów Ludzkich on one of the largest commercial projects Szkolenia z nowych technologii pracowników 45+ zatrudnionych w instytucjach pomocy i integracji społecznej ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem pracowników socjalnych.

Building network of partners and cooperating with new entities which join the Syntea Education Partners cluster.

Syntea as a host of conference summarizing the Eastern Poland Economic Promotion Programme.

Outsourcing of the training services for Microsoft Business Solution Axapta in Avon Cosmetics Poland, for a team of 431 employees in 23 departments.

2003

Founding of MCSK (currently Syntea)

The company starts operation as a first in Poland training partner of Microsoft Business Solutions (later Microsoft Dynamics), offering training for beginners and advanced IT users and specific training for Microsoft Business Solutions products.
