Recruitment still open. Further meetings with students of Silesian institutions are behind us
On 10-11 February, further recruitment meetings were held as part of the project Developing competences in the NUB sector among secondary school students from the sub-regions: Rybnicki, Gliwice, Bytom, Katowice and Sosnowiec.
The meetings were led by Anna Domańska and Magdalena Krzywicka, who, on behalf of the project partner Syntea S.A. – actively coordinate the implementation of the activities.
On Monday, we visited the E. Dembowski Bilingual Secondary School No. 1 in Gliwice, and on Tuesday we went to Wojkowice to talk to students of the Witold Pilecki Secondary School, which is part of the local School Complex.
During the events, participants were able to learn about the aims of the programme, the range of support available to them, and how learning new skills can help them to be better prepared for the challenges of the future. The two days were another step in a project that supports young people to gain practical skills and make informed plans for their future.
“These meetings prove how important and necessary such initiatives are. The students gain a clear picture of the project’s objectives and realise that participating in the project can make a significant difference to their future. We are delighted by the great interest and hope that these students will soon start their first classes within the programme.” – says Magdalena Krzywicka from the Project Implementation Department at Syntea S.A.
