Personal data protection
The data administrator is Syntea S.A. based in Lublin at 9a Wojciechowska Street. Our Data Protection Supervisor can be contacted at e-mail address: odo@syntea.pl.
The collected data is used to provide certain services to our users and for administrative and statistical purposes as well as to protect the websites and our users.
Syntea S.A. respects the privacy of the people who use the sites and services provided by it on the Internet. To ensure a high level and security of our services we collect the following information:
- system logs on the servers – our servers automatically record the data concerning visits i.e.: page call, date and time of the request, browser, language, operating system and IP address,
- cookies – our websites place cookies (text files placed on the User’s computer) in which data is stored to enable customisation of websites to individual needs of Users and creation of anonymous statistics of website use. The User can independently manage cookies (including blocking their creation) using the options available in their web browser,
- In the case of persons using the contact form available on the website, we process the first name, last name and email address so that we can respond to the message sent to us. (Pursuant to Article 6.(1)(f) of the RODO Act).
We use Google Analytics for analysis. This tool works on the basis of cookies, but does not provide personally identifiable data.
We do not carry out automated decision-making, including on the basis of profiling.
We kindly inform you that we may transfer your data outside the European Economic Area, which results, for example, from our use of Google Analytics or social media. In this connection, your data is transferred to the United States on the basis of a European Commission decision of 12 July 2016.
