We have launched a survey, crucial for further project work

From the end of December (23.12.2024), together with the other partners in the project, we are implementing a survey to identify key competencies and needs to form the basis of competency profiles for future managers working in the context of ESG and SPM.

The task, whose leader is Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Rzeszowie ( the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów), will ultimately lead to the publication of a comprehensive report on the current position of ESG and SPM-related competencies in the labor market, and will contain guidelines for competency profiles, educational programs and a framework of dedicated microcredentials created at a further stage of the project. The report will be one of the project’s deliverables – the date of its reporting to the project’s granting authority (EACEA) is 28.02.2025.
