We have completed the workshop for students held in Rzeszów
The event was organized by the Polish partners in the project: the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów, in collaboration with Syntea S.A., and took place on the premises of the Rzeszów university.
Sixteen students from five universities involved in the project (from Croatia, Greece, Poland, Serbia, and Italy) participated in an intensive five-day workshop program (March 23–27). The main objective of the workshop was to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to implement ESG principles (environmental, social, and corporate governance) in project management practice. Individual program topics were delivered by university lecturers and partners from the education sector, using a wide range of teaching methods and tools.
The workshop culminated in a presentation of the ESG-focused project solutions developed over the course of the five-day event by multinational teams of students, followed by the awarding of certificates to program participants.
From the project’s perspective, the workshop served as a pilot (test) deployment of the training program developed as part of the project. A second pilot deployment will be conducted in Greece in the second half of the year. Following the pilots, the program will be evaluated, and its final version will be published on the project website as a ready-to-use open-access resource.
