The project “Modern qualifications and additional authorizations as an engine for the development of the region’s residents” successfully completed.
The Marshal’s Office of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship has accounted for and closed the implementation of the project “Modern qualifications and additional authorizations as an engine for the development of the region’s population.” Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, all indicators of the project were achieved and even exceeded. This was the largest project of its kind in Poland, thanks to which 2,367 people gained free market qualifications, functioning in the Integrated Qualification System (IQS).
“Great congratulations to the authorities of Wloclawek and Rypin counties and the project partner, Syntea S.A., which brought valuable experience to the implementation of such initiatives.” – said Aneta Jędrzejewska, Deputy Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship.
Partnerships that deliver real results
The project was implemented from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023. A total of 3,191 residents of the province participated, which was more than 100% of the target.
We would like to thank Włocławek County and Rypin County for their excellent cooperation in implementing this project. Their commitment and determination were invaluable at every stage – from planning to implementation and settlement. Thanks to joint efforts, it was possible to successfully complete all tasks that had a real impact on the lives of many residents of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region.
“I’m glad that thanks to the support of nearly PLN 17.5 million provided by the provincial government from the Regional Operational Program of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, we were able to carry out a project together with Rypin County and Syntea S.A., which assumed the training of nearly 3,200 people. The strength of any region is first and foremost the people and their level of education – both school and vocational education for adults, which we supported in this project. This shows how important such initiatives are. Thanks to them, residents gain new qualifications and entitlements that realistically meet the needs of the local labor market.” – concluded Roman Golębiewski, Wloclawek Starost.
