The first results of the project are ready. See the report
A report presenting the current state of project management, taking into account environmental, social and corporate governance aspects in Europe, has been published. This is the first flagship result of the ESG4PMChange project, which provides an analytical and strategic basis for incorporating ESG principles into project management education and professional practice.
The document was created in response to changing political conditions, such as the European Green Deal and the directive on sustainability reporting. The growing needs of the labour market and the demand for specialists with ESG skills are also becoming increasingly important. The report shows how these processes are shaping the future of project work and what challenges project managers face.
The publication provides a basis for further activities within the project, including the development of a competency framework for ESG project management, a competency-based curriculum model, and initiatives related to building the capacity of the entire ESG4PMChange ecosystem.
The report on the current state of ESG-aware project management in Europe can be downloaded here.
