We took part in the 10th Małopolska Financial Forum
On 21 October, the 10th Małopolska Financial Forum, organised by the Małopolska Regional Development Agency S.A., was held at Stara Zajezdnia in Krakow. The event was attended by numerous experts who discussed the latest trends and technological solutions supporting the development of the financial sector and business services.
One of the topics of the meeting was the presentation of the results of the ‘Training registry of the Modern Business Services sector’ project, implemented by Syntea S.A. and its partners.
Debate on the future of modern business services
Piotr Fałek, President of the Management Board of Syntea S.A., was among the nine experts participating in the debate ‘Modern Business Services – The Future that is Happening Here and Now’, moderated by Dr Szymon Huptys, Director of the Press Office of the Marshal’s Office of the Małopolska Province.
The participants highlighted the growing role of digital transformation and process automation, which are changing the way businesses operate. It was emphasised that although Poland has made great strides in technological development, many challenges remain to be addressed.
Education and development of future skills
Paweł Karczmarzyk, Project Manager at Syntea S.A. and coordinator of the ‘Training registry of the Modern Business Services sector’ project, participated in the panel ‘The power of education: How to shape the future today?’
He represented the company online, presenting the project’s objectives and the operation of the Services Register – a central tool created as part of the project. It is a comprehensive platform supporting training processes and collecting educational offers from several European countries.
