Start of new training courses

The beginning of December opened new opportunities for professional development for students of the Economic and Technical School Complex in Rakowice Wielkie. More participants in the project “Active vocational training in Lviv District” began classes in two practical and useful topics: “Service of mixed drinks and alcohol” and “Preparation of dishes in accordance with market trends and principles of healthy nutrition”.

During the first module, students explore the secrets of preparing mixed drinks – both alcoholic and non-alcoholic (soft drinks). They learn about ready-made recipes, but also develop creativity by creating their own original proposals. The training program also covers the principles of serving aesthetics and techniques that increase the attractiveness of the drinks on offer.

The second module focuses on a modern approach to the culinary arts. Participants learn to independently plan and prepare dishes according to given recipes, using principles of healthy nutrition and current market trends. Special emphasis is placed on innovative culinary techniques and attention to serving aesthetics, which will allow future chefs to stand out in the job market.

What’s next?

After the training, participants will take an exam to test both their theoretical knowledge and practical skills. This will be an opportunity to summarize the knowledge they have acquired and make sure they are fully prepared to apply it in their professional work.

Training courses on assisting in food preparation, computer graphics design, office maintenance and floristry will also be starting soon, which is a great opportunity to gain new skills and expand your competence.
