Results of the survey on ESG and SPM competencies

 

During the monthly meeting of project partners, held on 07.02.2025, we discussed the results of the survey we reported on in the entry of 10.01.

 

Our task was to collect at least 500 fully completed survey forms, of which 50 were assigned for implementation by Syntea SA. With the summarized survey results in front of our eyes, we can confidently say that we more than accomplished the task!

 

All partners in the project collected a total of 763 responses (1,060 if partially completed forms are included, which, while incomplete, still represent a certain amount of data that could be useful in the final analysis). Syntea collected a total of 74 fully completed forms (102, including incomplete forms), significantly exceeding the set target for this task.

The aforementioned survey was one part of a larger task aimed at producing a comprehensive report on the place of ESG and SPM in today’s labor market.

 

Other activities included:

• desk research,
• 5 Focus Groups conducted with key stakeholders from education, industry and policy makers,
• analysis of 191 current job openings for ESG and SPM-related positions.

 

Currently, the complete data is being aggregated and finalized in the form of the aforementioned report, which we will try to make available as soon as possible.
