Recruitment meeting at the School of Economics in Włocławek
On 26 November, a recruitment meeting was held at the School of Economics in Włocławek as part of the project ‘Adapting vocational education to the needs of the labour market’.
During the meeting, our company’s project coordinator, Patrycja Kłodnicka, presented the main objectives of the initiative and discussed the benefits that participants can gain. These included, among others, equipping schools with modern equipment and tools that significantly improve the quality of education, as well as the opportunity to take advantage of career counselling and workshops on green and digital transformation. Students can also count on additional remedial and development classes, training leading to qualifications, and vocational courses implemented as part of the Integrated Qualification System. An important part of the project is also the organisation of student internships and support for teachers in improving their teaching and professional skills.
An additional attraction of the meeting was a demonstration of virtual reality capabilities and a presentation of qualifications related to programming and operating the 3D printing process. Students had the opportunity to try out modern educational tools with the support of Daniel Marcisz, a trainer from Create and Learn Institute.
At the end of the event, participants were invited to refreshments prepared by Artur Lenczewski, a trainer specialising in modern culinary trends and healthy eating. He also shared information about the qualifications offered as part of the project in the field of gastronomy.
