Recruitment for the project is underway! We visited students in Dąbrowa Tarnowska

On Thursday, 16 October, a recruitment meeting was held at the K. K. Baczyński School Complex in Dąbrowa Tarnowska as part of the project ‘Modernisation of vocational education in the Dąbrowa County’. The event was hosted by Karolina Dziuba, Project Manager at Syntea S.A., together with the school’s deputy headmistress, Małgorzata Uberman.

The meeting aimed to familiarise students with the project’s objectives and the opportunities offered by participation in the forms of support available.

Cooking together under the guidance of a trainer

One of the most attractive points of the programme was an impressive cooking demonstration by Kamil Kotarski, an experienced catering trainer who has been training young people for years as part of educational projects implemented by Syntea S.A. The students were not only able to observe his work, but also actively participate in the preparation of dishes. Cooking together became an opportunity to learn new techniques, learn about the principles of kitchen organisation and exchange experiences.

Interactive VR demonstration

The virtual reality (VR) zone was also very popular. Students had the opportunity to test modern technological solutions that will soon be used during project classes. Thanks to VR simulations, young people could see how innovative tools support vocational training and the development of practical skills.

A wide range of support

The project ‘Modernisation of vocational education in the Dąbrowa County’ is implemented by the Dąbrowa County in cooperation with Syntea S.A. Its aim is to improve the quality and attractiveness of vocational education in the region. The activities include career counselling, training and qualification courses, internships with employers, and additional equipment for school laboratories and workshops. A total of 583 students and 41 teachers from five vocational schools participating in the project will benefit from the support. Thanks to such initiatives, young people from the Dąbrowa County have the opportunity to develop their passions, gain valuable experience and better prepare themselves for entering the labour market.
