Each of these training courses is an investment in competence development that will certainly pay off in the future.

We also focus on the development of teaching Staff

he training offer for teachers from the Dąbrowa district was created with the aim of improving their qualifications and adjusting their skills to the dynamically changing realities of education and the labour market. Among the proposals available is a training in vocational guidance, based on solutions developed under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development (OPKED), which will enable teachers to more effectively support students in planning their career paths. Special emphasis is placed on the use of information and communication technologies in teaching, which will allow the full potential of modern tools to be used in the educational process.

For educators who want to develop their professional competences, there are courses in customer relationship management (CRM), office management and designing and conducting sales training. Practical training courses in the field of gastronomy, such as preparing dishes in line with current market trends, healthy eating or creating restaurant desserts, complete the offer. The wide range of topics means that every participant will find a training course tailored to their needs, supporting their professional and personal development.

Modern training with labour market-recognised certification

The proposed training courses are distinguished by the use of state-of-the-art tools such as virtual reality (VR), which enables participants to acquire knowledge in an interactive and extremely realistic way. This makes learning more engaging and the skills acquired more practical and better adapted to real professional challenges.

An integral part of the project is also the delivery of training in accordance with the requirements of the Integrated Qualification System (IQS) and the possibility of certification in an independent validation process. Students who complete the training will receive a document confirming their competences – recognised and valued on the labour market. This will not only provide them with new skills, but also increase their competitiveness, which will open the door to better career prospects for them.
