New development opportunities for four schools in Oświęcim

 

The Poviat of Oświęcim is focusing on the development of modern professional competences! As part of the project ‘Development of the Centre for Professional Competence in the Administrative and Service Sector of the Oświęcim Poviat – stage II’, specialist training for students and teachers from four schools in the region will soon begin. This is an excellent opportunity to acquire new skills and broaden your professional horizons!

 

Training for students

 

The project offers a wide range of training tailored to the requirements of today’s labour market. Students will have the opportunity to participate in:

  • Spatial data acquisition and editing
  • Customer relationship management using CRM
  • Programming and operating a 3D printing process
  • Computer graphics design
  • 3D modelling and scanning
  • Web site development

 

New opportunities for teachers

 

In the second phase of the project, we will also take care of the development of teachers’ teaching competences. The prepared training programme is based both on their reported needs and on the latest trends in education. As a result, participants will not only improve their qualifications, but will also gain a fresh perspective on everyday school work.

  • Career counselling (training using counselling solutions developed in OPKED)
  • Use of VR tools in didactics
  • AI for education
  • Acquisition and editing of spatial data
  • Planning, creation and distribution of marketing content
  • Designing computer graphics
  • Programming and operation of the 3D printing process
  • 3D modelling and scanning
  • Customer relationship management using CRM
  • Employer image building (employer branding)
  • Conducting negotiations

 

IQS certification

 

Trainings planned under the project will be delivered in accordance with the principles of the Integrated Qualification System (IQS) and will enable certification, which will confirm the acquired competences in an independent validation process. Thanks to this, project participants will obtain a recognised and universally recognisable document confirming their qualifications, providing important support in further professional development.
