New competency framework for ESG project specialists. Download the document

The project developed a competency model to facilitate the integration of environmental, social and corporate governance principles into project work. The document was developed in collaboration with partners from seven countries and is based on recognised standards.

The model covers sixty-four competencies in five areas: project management, environmental issues, social aspects, corporate governance and cross-cutting competencies. Each of them is described at five levels of proficiency, which allows them to be used in both education and professional development.

The framework was developed based on an analysis of job offers from many countries, field research and consultations with experts. As a result, the model is practical and responds to the real needs of the market.

The document can be used by universities, employers, public institutions and individuals developing their ESG competencies. It can be used both in the design of education programmes and in the development of modern career paths.
