June: A Month Full of Conferences

 

In June 2026, Piotr Fałek, CEO of Syntea S.A., participated in three key educational conferences in Lower Silesia, Lesser Poland, and Greater Poland. As a participant in debates, panels, and substantive discussions, he actively represented the company and shared the expert knowledge gained through our projects.

 

Wrocław

 

On June 1–2, 2026, the Centennial Hall hosted the conference “Education, the Labor Market, the Future—A New Beginning for Lower Silesia.” Piotr Fałek participated in a debate on mental well-being in the education system and moderated Panel II, “Artificial Intelligence and the Transformation of Vocational Education and the Labor Market.”
The opening lecture was delivered by Prof. Aleksandra Lewandowska, National Consultant in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry, who emphasized the importance of the mental well-being of students and teachers.

 

 

Kraków

 

The regional framework for cooperation in the area of competencies and lifelong learning in Małopolska was the topic of a conference held on June 19. Piotr Fałek had the opportunity to give a presentation on educational innovations titled “Let’s Take a Look at Polish Education in 2040.”

 

 

Poznań

 

On June 23, 2026, a gala ceremony was held at the MTP grounds to conclude the “Educator – Ambassador of Development” industry competition, during which Piotr Fałek spoke about well-being, skills development, and new technologies as the pillars of an education system that meets the needs of Gen Z and Gen Alpha. The following day, a summary was presented on the project to establish a regional Provincial Coordination Team, and the motto guiding the event was: WIELKOPOLSKA TEACHES TOMORROW.

 

 

 

 

At all of these events, Micree was presented—an innovative Polish solution that uses VR and AI technology in vocational education and career counseling, which was developed, among other things, during the implementation of the National Skills Strategy 2030 as part of the regional KPO projects “Building a system for coordinating and monitoring regional activities in the areas of vocational education, higher education, and lifelong learning, including adult learning,” implemented by Provincial Coordination Teams.
