Inaugural project meeting


On 05-06.02.2024 the first stationary project meeting was held, conducted at the headquarters of Syntea S.A. – Lublin (Poland). All partners were represented at the meeting by a team of specialists.


During the 2-day meeting, issues were discussed:

  • The method of implementation and accounting for individual project activities was planned,
  • the principles of eligibility of expenses incurred in the project were discussed,
  • the specifics of the Modern Business Services sector were discussed (industries, development directions and potential); (a key issue from the perspective of the project assumptions),
  • virtual reality technology was presented in the context of the implementation of teaching processes (key issue from the perspective of the project assumptions),
  • the assumptions for the joint project promotion strategy were discussed and adopted,
  • deadlines for the implementation of project tasks were planned,
  • the assumptions for the analytical work to precede the construction of the solution were discussed and defined,
  • preliminary assumptions for the training services registry and its database were discussed and defined.
