Grójec district inaugurated project classes
The beginning of the second week of December also marked the beginning of individual career counseling classes for students in Grójec County, as part of the project entitled “Effective Vocational Education in Grójec County.”
Start in two Grójec schools
The two participating schools have already inaugurated their first individual career counseling classes. This stage is crucial in the process of supporting young people in planning their future career path.
The first classes were held at the Tomasz Nocznicki Technical School at the Center for Vocational and Continuing Education in Nowa Wieś. The classes were conducted by Elzbieta Wojtera, who will conduct as many as 20 units of individual meetings with students from December 9. During these workshops, students will have the opportunity to explore their interests, learn about the local labor market and plan their career path.
In turn, students of the 1st Fighter Aviation Regiment “Warsaw” School Complex in Warka held their first classes on December 10. Later this calendar year, 20 students will join the classes, which will be conducted by career counselor Andrzej Marek.
“It is worth noting that each project participant will benefit from a total of three hours of individual career counseling. These classes provide invaluable assistance to young people in determining their predispositions and in making key decisions related to further education and careers. The project not only supports the development of students, but also contributes to building their awareness of career opportunities in their immediate environment.” – says Maja Witek, Syntea S.A. Project Implementation Department.
