Grójec County with a professional development perspective. We visited the schools included in the new project.
Meeting with students
On November 25, recruitment meetings were held at schools participating in the project entitled “Effective Vocational Education in Grójec County.” The first point of our tour was the Technical School at the Center for Vocational and Continuing Education in Nowa Wieś, then we went to the Technical School at the 1st Fighter Aviation Regiment “Warsaw” in Warka.
“During the meetings, we discussed in detail the key assumptions of the project, including the scope of the planned training and its overarching goal of increasing the quality and attractiveness of vocational education in two technical schools in Grójec district. This is a unique initiative that responds to the needs of the modern labor market, offering young people access to modern tools and competencies.” – says Karolina Dziuba, Project Manager at Syntea S.A.
IQS qualification a step towards development
As part of the project, participants will get a chance to develop through participation in internships, educational and career counseling classes and workshops to develop green competencies. In addition, students will face the opportunity to acquire one selected qualification included in the Integrated Qualification System (IQS):
- Customer Relationship Management with CRM,
- website development,
- computer graphics design,
- programming and handling the 3D printing process.
Training in IQS qualifications will be enriched with the use of VR technology, which will become an integral part of learning.
“Thanks to VR technology, trainees will be able to develop their skills in a virtual environment that perfectly simulates real working conditions. This will not only increase the efficiency of learning, but also make the classes more engaging and attractive.” – Karolina Dziuba adds
