ESG4PMChange Partners Meeting in Split – Innovation, Collaboration, and the Future of Project Management

On May 19–20, 2025, the city of Split in Croatia hosted the latest international meeting of partners involved in the ESG4PMChange – The ESG Imperative for the Project Management World: Alliance for Developing and Empowering Changemakers project. The event was held at the University of Split, bringing together representatives from 13 organizations across Europe.

The main objective of the meeting was to collaboratively develop modern competencies and qualifications in the field of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), addressing the rapidly evolving needs of the job market and project management in the context of sustainable development.

During a series of workshop sessions and group discussions, project teams exchanged knowledge, shared experiences, and presented best practices. Syntea S.A. had the honor of leading one of the panels, where we showcased our innovative approach to education and professional development.

In our presentation, we introduced a modern educational solution that seamlessly integrates various dimensions of learning and career support. We demonstrated how individuals can efficiently gain qualifications aligned with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), while also developing social and language skills, earning micro-credentials for specific competencies, and accessing career counseling services. All of these components are brought together in a unified concept supported by virtual reality technology and gamification elements, which significantly enhance learner engagement and effectiveness.

Our approach, already being implemented at the international level, clearly shows how digital tools can support lifelong learning and career growth—especially in preparing future change leaders who are ready to operate in line with ESG principles and the demands of sustainable development.
