An independent audit assessed the progress of the project – how was our work so far evaluated?
At the beginning of December, work began on an independent, external audit of the project – which we announced in a November post.
In-depth analysis of our project documentation (both documentary and multimedia) lasted from the beginning of December and culminated in the delivery of the audit report on 10.12.2024. The document includes conclusions on:
- organizational readiness of the consortium,
- correctness of project implementation (including compliance with the assumptions of the Grant Agreement and the Grant Application, as well as implementation of procurement),
- maintenance and archiving of documentation,
- compliance with the rules of information and promotion.
This report represents another deliverable of the project, which was reported to the EACEA.
We are pleased to announce that the auditors’ assessment of the material progress of the project work we are implementing is explicitly POSITIVE.
Of course, we did not expect any other outcome of the evaluation, but it is nevertheless good to know that additional – unrelated to the implementation of the project – pairs of eyes, did not find any irregularities in the approach used by the consortium.
