Action Transformation in Tarnowskie Góry has begun. The first trainings are behind us!

At the beginning of December, innovative training courses began in three Tarnowskie Góry technical schools, which are being implemented as part of the “ACTION TRANSFORMATION” project.

Students of Technical School No. 2 at the Complex of Construction and Architecture Schools, Technical School No. 9 at the Center for Economic and Commercial Education and Technical School No. 4 at the Complex of Technical and General Education Schools in Tarnowskie Góry have begun innovative training in computer graphics design and website development. The program includes both classes in a real environment and a virtual one, thanks to the use of modern VR technologies. In virtual reality, students gain knowledge of the correct sequence of activities, which allows them to better understand key processes and prepare for practical implementation of projects. They then apply the skills they have learned to real-world activities, translating theory into practice. The entire training takes place under the supervision of qualified trainers, who provide support and supervision at every stage of learning. The trainings end with an exam, and participants have the chance to obtain a valuable IQS certificate, opening the door to a professional career. This is a unique opportunity that combines a modern approach with practical experience, perfectly preparing young people for the challenges of today’s labor market.

“This project is an extremely important step towards modern vocational education. We combine theory and practice, using innovative technologies such as VR technology that allow students to gain an in-depth understanding of processes and practical skills in a comfortable, controlled environment. The project not only provides young people with concrete skills, but also develops their creativity and teaches them a modern approach to problem solving. It’s an investment in their future that will benefit not only them, but the entire labor market.” – says Karolina Dziuba, Project Manager at Syntea S.A.
